The Jack and Jill Room, at $450 a week, is unique to Stratford among Upper West Side coliving options. Two bedrooms sit on either side of one adjoining bathroom, so you share that bath with a single neighbor rather than a whole floor. How does 4-week billing work?
Instead of charging by calendar month, we bill in blocks of four weeks. A $400 room comes to $1,600 for four weeks, and a $450 Jack and Jill room comes to $1,800. The rhythm holds steady from the first block to the last, with no prorated surprises.
