Stratford Residences is committed to making both our buildings and our website accessible to people of all abilities. We work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards on stratfordplace.com and review building accessibility regularly.

The website

The site is designed to be navigable by keyboard, compatible with common screen readers, and readable at a range of zoom levels. The buildings

117 West 70th Street is a prewar building with an elevator. Specific room and bath configurations vary; if you have a particular accessibility need, please contact us before reserving and we will walk through what is and is not workable in the building.

Service animals are always welcome at Stratford Residences and are not subject to our pet policy.
